Jim Veney - Watercolor Paintings June 15 - July 14 Jim Veney is a retired university professor (North Carolina at Chapel Hill). He took up water color painting in 2006 as a result of a grandparent/grandchild elder hostel in Sedona Arizona that included some water color painting activities. He has taken several painting classes at Yavapai College since beginning his water color painting adventure. His goal in painting is to produce as faithful and as detailed a representation of the subject matter as is possible.
